Chef Don Muñoz is the founder and head chef of KRFTD Sushi, a Southern California private sushi experience specializing in omakase dinners, private events, and interactive culinary experiences. With more than a decade of experience, his work blends traditional technique with creativity, artistry, and hospitality. His visual approach reflects his belief that guests should experience food with their eyes before the first bite.

- Can I reserve for a group?
- Yes. Select and pay for the full number of seats in your party. Larger parties may request coordinated seating or a dedicated section, subject to availability and confirmation.
- Are add-ons included?
- No. Full hookahs, premium hookah packages, additional sushi, take-home items, bottles, merchandise, and upgrades are separate purchases.
- What time should I arrive?
- Doors open at 5:30 PM. The experience begins at 6:00 PM. Early arrival is recommended so seating can be completed before the demonstration.
- What should I wear?
- Stylish casual.
- Is the event 21+?
- Yes. Valid government-issued identification is required.
- Is parking available?
- Complimentary parking is available in the Temecula Parkway plaza.
- Can dietary requests be accommodated?
